Returns

Most of our products are made in the UK therefore quality control

and checks are very effective. However, we realise that occasionally

a faulty item may get through. Any product with a genuine manufacturing fault will be replaced or monies refunded if returned within 7 days in the original packaging and unworn.

Please check the product thoroughly before using it.

For hygiene reasons, we do not send goods on approval and are unable to accept returns for any other reason than a manufacturing fault.

Any order may be cancelled before despatch for a full refund.

Any refunds will be made as soon as the goods are returned and

we are satisfied that the above conditions have been met.

If the conditions have not been met then we reserve the right to return

the products to you. Goods should be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
